You and your body, a love story

You and your body, a love story.

The most complicated, challenging, and beautiful relationship you may ever have in this lifetime is the one between you and your body.

It’s a lifelong journey, and even after years of healing work, you may still have days where you find yourself looking in the mirror and fixating or wondering what could have been or should have been if you had just made a different decision at some point in your life.

Maybe it’s not about doing more healing work. Maybe it’s deciding that the choices you’ve made were perfect for you and necessary for your path.

And I think now is the time to cultivate a practice that honors your unique beauty.

A practice that not only enhances your beauty but also anchors you into yourself. That creates the environment for reverence and deep admiration. That really helps you to see yourself clearly.

My mentor Lisa Wynn says that “if you can’t see the beauty in something, you’re not looking closely enough.”

The relationship you have with your body is a love story. A complex, winding, unique, deeply personal, and at times painful love story. But (spoiler alert) a love story, nonetheless.

I have no doubt that you have been through a lot. That if your body could talk, it would speak novels. And I also know that your path to healing your relationship with her is not an end point, it’s a process.

I’ve done a ton of healing work around my relationship to my own body. It was all important. But sometimes we can get stuck in the healing, and what’s really needed is for us to honor our decisions as vital to our life’s path and move forward into reverence.

What helps me move forward are my restorative practices. They’re soothing, self-connecting, exquisitely beauty enhancing, and sensually pleasurable.

It’s like Venus herself is in the room holding me in beauty so that I can safely travel into the depths and let whatever wants to emerge and release happen.

Feeling beautiful is healing. It’s whole-making.

We just forgot the purpose of it all, which is to make our hearts and bodies BLOOM.

It’s time to remember.

Restorative facial sessions will help your soul remember. With light fascial work, lymphatic clearing, Gua Sha, and deep relaxation, our session supports your body in releasing tension, encouraging fluid movement, and improving tone, allowing your face to soften, brighten, and radiate vitality.
