My 3 most essential self-care practices for aging well

In episode 38 of the Embodied Beauty Podcast, we go deep into my 3 most essential self-care practices for aging well.

We all want to age beautifully—not just in the sense of smooth skin, but in feeling vibrant, lifted, and truly at home in our bodies. I’ve spent years exploring the most effective ways to support natural beauty, and right now, these three practices are non-negotiable in my self-care routine.

1. Meditation & Nervous System Regulation

Your face reflects your inner world. Chronic stress shows up—whether in deep lines, dull skin, or a tight jaw. Meditation isn’t just about peace of mind; it resets your nervous system, reducing inflammation, softening expression lines, and bringing back that natural glow. It also creates the environment of ease, which facilitates healing: regeneration, and rejuvenation. So if you won’t do it for your mind - do it for your skin!

2. Full-Body Fascial Work

Your face doesn’t exist in isolation—tight, restricted fascia throughout your body pulls on your face, leading to distortion and tension patterns. Using a fascia ball against the wall allows for deep, yet passive release, creating hydration, lift, and overall ease. Think of it as the ultimate anti-aging tool for your entire system.

3. Face Yoga for Sculpting & Lift

Botox and fillers? They don’t build muscle, strengthen ligaments, or stimulate collagen like face yoga does. Long, sustained holds tone your facial muscles, lifting your features, reducing lines, and restoring volume. A few minutes a day can completely change your facial posture!

These three practices are game-changers for aging well. They go beyond surface-level beauty and get to the root of what keeps you looking and feeling youthful. Try them out and let me know what shifts for you!
