How to reduce a double chin, and tone your neck

2 simple moves to tone your neck, improve facial posture, and help to relax your nervous system.

Hope you’re feeling the fire of Aries season! It’s the perfect time for renewal, fresh energy, new habits, and clearing.

It’s also an amazing time to start bringing in some simple, powerful practices that make a real difference, which is exactly what I'm sharing today...

My absolute favorite beauty practices are the ones that feel simple, potent, and effortless to weave into my routine. Practices that I crave and WANT to do.

Everyone has tips on aging well. And I know I may be biased, but I only share the best with you—the things I’ve practiced thoroughly, fully embody, and have seen real results from.

So this week, I have a little challenge for you. It’s super simple, but the key is consistency.

2 simple tongue stretches to reduce a double chin and create more tone in the front of your neck

I’ve linked reels of me demonstrating both, but here’s a quick breakdown:

1. The Tongue Lock

  • Close your mouth, swallow, and seal your tongue to the roof of your mouth.

  • Maintain the seal as you slowly open your mouth as wide as is comfortable, feeling a stretch at the base of your tongue.

  • For a deeper stretch: keep your tongue sealed, make an underbite with your jaw, and rock your head backward.

2. Taste the Sky

  • Stick your tongue out and up toward your nose as far as it goes.

  • Rock your head back while reaching your tongue out until you feel the stretch.

You can do these almost anywhere—and they’re ridiculously effective for toning the throat, double chin area and even the jawline. Plus, they help with nasal breathing, facial structure, anxiety reduction, and even pelvic floor relaxation. Wow, right?

Cheers to healing beauty practices!

PS—DRENCH (the fascia hydration workshop) was everything I hoped for and more. It was magic. I want you to have the option to get in on it if you missed it, so I’m keeping the replay up for purchase for just a bit longer. Grab it while you can!
