Your neck is the gate of vitality
Your neck doesn't get enough press. It’s a two-way highway for Qi, breath, bio-electrical currents and essential life sustaining fluids.
Your neck posture (and overall body posture truthfully, but let’s focus) is THE most essential component when it comes to how your face changes overtime.
Gravity doesn’t take a day off, and tech life is SO real… so carving out just small moments to restore yourself daily is the most loving thing you can do for you.
Think about maintaining 360° length in your neck as much as possible. Helping your body hold your head up more effortlessly and reduce all those compensations and extra pounds of pressure on your gorgeous spinal cord.
