This is 36! Thank you everyone for all of your super sweet birthday wishes yesterday, you've made me feel so loved, so held, so acknowledged. 

Yesterday I spent the day at my favorite Day Spa. I posted a fun lil reel if you want to feel the vibe.

Upon my post b-day reflections, I want to share one thing with you. Whatever it is you're drawn to... there is an important reason for it. 

Even if you can't put your finger on exactly what it is you're "meant" to do just follow the spark, the thing that lights you up, the thing that feels like home.

Your dreams only exist because they're meant for you.

When I left my corporate job I was terrified. It was such a huge change and risky ~ but I couldn't quiet the internal voice anymore that was telling me I needed to touch people, touch faces, and tap into a gentle, subtle form of bodywork. I knew I was meant to do this work and also meant to share it with others.

I think self-restoration, healing, and nurturing is at the forefront of what people need.

I'm tearing up just writing this because I LOVE the beauty-healing world. I love encouraging ease, flow, self-reflection, self-care, and deep emotional/physical/spiritual nourishment.

I love how the body always heals when given supportive therapeutic influence.

I love that magical place of clarity and connection that we feel when we're in the relaxed, whole, held, parasympathetic state.

I love how healing human connection and nurturing touch are.

I love the smell of cedarwood, the sound of bamboo rustling and wind chimes singing.

I love having enough space in my schedule to create, to share, to reflect, to BE in my true feminine state.

I just can't imagine living a different life these days and I'm so f*cking grateful I'm literally in tears right now. Because this was not always my life but it was always my destiny.

So I'll leave you with this, even if you don't know what to "do" for your work (and I didn't for soooo many years)... 

Reflect on this: How do you want to feel?

Tap into that energy and clarity will come, it will continue to unfold and reveal itself to you. AND every step that you've taken on the journey has an important role to play in your life.

Yes it really is that divinely orchestrated!
