The “eye cream” I recommend is lymphatic drainage

People ask me if I can recommend eye cream for dark circles, fine lines, eye bags and puffiness.

No actually, I think creams are minimally helpful. But I CAN recommend:

~ Addressing your physical and energetic jaw/neck/shoulder tension and clenching so you can open up the fluid pathways to allow for free-flowing drainage of the eye area.

~ Using your finger tips like a little iron and working carefully on the orbital bone to smooth the skin and promote regeneration of collagen and elastin (lmk if you want me to show this again I have in the past).

~ lightly working through tension of the external eye muscle.

~ Doing eye exercises/stretches and practicing rolling your eyes all the way around in all directions and straight back into your head to stretch and relax the eye muscles. This also helps pooled fluid move out.

~ Taking MANY screen breaks.

~ RESTING instead of using products that claim to make you appear rested.

~ Coming in for a restorative facial session so I can help sooth your eye concerns from a global, emotional, physical and energetic perspective.

I literally watch eyes drain, shift and brighten before my own eyes when supporting lymphatic drainage.

I’m actually pretty lazy when it comes to which products to use and having a different kind for each area of skin.

I’m not a product girl I’m a massage and movement girl. So no, I don’t actually have an “eye cream” I recommend. But I do love the apoterra regenerative vitamin C balm! I use it everywhere (face, neck, décolletage, and yes ~ around my eyes.
