Self-lymphatic drainage for your face and neck - reduce puffiness, congestion and inflammation

Self-lymphatic drainage is one of my favorite beauty and wellness practices.

Most people think of lymphatic drainage after surgery or when they're feeling especially puffy, but I believe it's a valuable part of regular self-care.

We're exposed to smoke, pollution, environmental stress, allergens, and everyday tension. All of these can contribute to congestion throughout your face and neck.

Gentle self-lymphatic drainage can support healthy fluid movement while helping reduce puffiness and encouraging brighter, more refreshed-looking skin.

One of the biggest misconceptions about lymphatic drainage is that more pressure creates better results.

It doesn't.

The lymphatic vessels sit just beneath the skin, so light touch is often far more effective than firm massage. In fact, I wrote an entire article explaining why light pressure is best for lymphatic drainage if you'd like to learn more.

In the video below, I guide you through a complete self lymphatic drainage session for the face and neck.

During the session we cover:

  • Gentle lymphatic clearing techniques

  • Connective tissue techniques

  • Why light touch is so effective

  • Ways to support both beauty and overall wellness

You may even notice your skin looking brighter and your facial contours becoming more defined as the session progresses. It’s absolute magic!
