My age shocks people, here’s why aging well is more than just one magic product, procedure, diet, or habit

Hi beautiful soul. The sky is deep indigo-gray and the rain is pouring down as I write.

I've been doing laundry all morning and feeling such domestic goddess bliss. Summer gets a little go go go, so I'm grateful nature has a way of creating balance for all of us.

I have something that I really want to share with you today.

On four different occasions this past weekend I found myself talking to various younger people who found out my age during our chat.

Now, I certainly don't consider myself "old" whatsoever. I'll be 39 next month. But it was clear to me that they were pretty shocked. I could see the skepticism, surprise, disbelief and curiosity on their faces.

Some of them grilled me for explanations and answers, and in some instances, I found myself offering justifications they hadn't even asked for. I was having trouble holding the grounded grace and power of, "Yes, I'm older than you think I am. I am the embodiment of my practices."

I started assuming what they might have been thinking (and some of them actually said these things).

"Oh she must live a perfectly clean lifestyle: no drinking, no smoking, no junk food."

"It's probably just genetics."

"Must be Botox or fillers."

"She stays out of the sun."

Yes, I agree, some of those assumptions are pretty rude and presumptuous.

Ultimately, I'm grateful because I really got to reflect on it. On the conversations, on my responses, and on my truth.

It's pushing me into a new rung of OWNING IT.

Because I realized I was still trying to simplify and explain a way of living that I've spent years cultivating.

And I have literally never felt this joyful, connected, beautiful, fit, or sexy in my entire life.

But no one single thing is responsible for how I look or how I feel. It's not one practice, habit, treatment, product, workout, or decision.

I've spent years studying, practicing, and refining my work. Becoming masterful in restorative face and body care. Healing my relationship with food. Learning to regulate my nervous system. Devoting myself to embodying beauty and returning to myself again and again.

It's become the way I live.

And I think people are responding to the results of that devotion. Not my eating habits, genetics, or skincare rituals.

They're responding to years of consistently caring for myself inside and out, and prioritizing healing my relationship with my body.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to your beauty, healing, or the way you care for yourself. It has to be shaped around you, your history, your body, and what you're moving toward.

This is exactly why I created EVOLUTION.

I wanted to create a private space where women could receive personalized, thoughtful support and guidance.

A place where we can have conversations about beauty, your body, food, movement, aging, healing, surgery decisions, self-expression, or whatever you're moving through.

A place where you're truly seen, and where your self-care practices are tailored to you.

EVOLUTION is my private one-to-one mentorship. We meet twice each month, stay connected between sessions through voice messaging for a minimum of three months, and create personalized practices and support around whatever you're moving through.

The investment begins at $5,000.

If this spoke to you, and you'd like personalized support, please inquire here.
