Infusing your goddess essence into each moment

Sometimes if feels like 100 things are demanding your attention, and all at once. Your family, friends, work, home, and to-do list are buzzing and you might start to feel a little swallowed or overwhelmed. 

But don’t worry beautiful friend, everything is unfolding at exactly the pace it’s meant to!

When you start to feel urgency building, resist the urge to rush, don’t give into the nervous system response of hurrying through projects and responding immediately to every message because that kind of behavior is really going to throw you off your center.

Your highest calling and deepest reservoir of power is in your ability to remember to SLOW DOWN, SIMPLIFY, and call in the magical beauty of shifting into your subtlety. Your calm presence, soft brow, and ease-full, methodical action.

Tap into what your highest priority is for this week and focus on that thing first. Let all the distracting noise fall away.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is to take care of your nest, to tidy up and beautify your space. So, fold that massive pile of laundry (talking to myself directly here - let’s do it together).

The energy is really supporting getting back into your self-care routines: your nightly facial massage practice, your wind-down stretching time, your morning walks.

Commit to returning to the present moment and remember, your life WANTS to be fun!

It wants to be happy and light and free. And check in with yourself: where are you hurrying off to? Life is happening right now, so choose to keep things buoyant right now. The universe is conspiring to surprise and delight you.

It’s like stress packing for vacation, hurrying up to relax. Don’t stress to chill.

Make your life a moving meditation knowing that every time you walk through life infusing your goddess essence into each moment, it becomes a devotion. You’re creating a life that’s truly in your code of peace, beauty, luxury, vitality.

Your body is going to tell you when you need to slow down, step away, stretch it out and take a few deep breaths. Here are the messages to listen to: Your neck and shoulders tensing up. You feel the muscles in your scalp constricting. Your hips are feeling tight, and your forehead is getting bunched and scrunched up in particular. You're absorbing people’s need for “urgency” and feel yourself shifting into their energy and patterns.

Come home to you.
