This is so much deeper than surface-level beauty. It’s about clearing the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that keep you stuck in cycles of chasing, self-sabotage, or perfectionism. 

Together, we’ll shift your relationship with beauty, creating changes that start deep within and ripple out into how you look and feel.  

What makes my approach unique is the way I weave together the inner and outer aspects of beauty:

𓂃 I bring years of experience working with the physical aspects of beauty as a bodyworker and restorative facial specialist. I've helped hundreds of women transform the health, vitality, and appearance of their faces, skin, and bodies. 

𓂃 I’ve lived the duality of beauty and understand it deeply. I’ve felt the joy of it and the pressure, the lightness and the shadow aspects. I’ve lived with the pain of self-sabotaging behaviors and chasing impossible standards. I’ve felt the fear of not being “enough,” and have come out the other side with a deeper understanding of what beauty truly means. 

I know how it feels to tie your worth to your appearance, and to long for the kind of validation that no external source can truly give. I also know how freeing it is to break those patterns—to see your beauty as a reflection of your inner essence.
