How to create stability, beauty, and peace
Hi beautiful one! We’re fresh off the new moon in Pisces, and you may be feeling a little wobbly. If so—good. You’re right in flow with what’s coming up to be healed.
March is here, and its energy is all about re-establishing stability—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. But if you’re caught in a cycle of procrastination, perfectionism, or chaos, you’re going to feel it.
***Whenever you’re reading this, is when you need this medicine!
What You May Be Feeling:
1) Low back & hip tension/pain – Your body is asking for support. If you're saying "yes" when you mean "no" your body is going to tell you.
2) Inner child wounds resurfacing – Feelings of uncertainty, fear, or self-judgment may be coming up strongly (hence saying yes when you mean no).
3) Harsh inner-dialogue, especially around your body, appearance, or how you’re showing up in relationships – This is an invitation to meet yourself with more softness, not more pressure. We have these patterns for good reasons. But it's time to shift them for your own wellbeing.
The Medicine:
1) Wear & Surround Yourself with Red – Deep, rich, grounding red strengthens your sense of security and belonging. I've been finding it medicinal just to gaze into my (wilting) roses from valentine's day.
2) Support Your Structure – Focus on alignment, posture, fascia, and stability. Your body craves grounding. Take time to get off of your computer and into your body. Stretch and restore regularly and be mindful of your tech posture. Stand on the (cold) earth and press down equally through both feet.
3) Tackle your taxes (or whatever else you're putting off) - I often need to ask myself "what am I avoiding feeling by not doing this thing" the answer us usually surprising.
4) Clear & Create Space – A clean, organized space creates a deep sense of peace. When your surroundings feel clear, so do you. Your home has a consciousness, I heard a friend say recently "you don't appreciate being dirty, and neither does your home... your outer world is a reflection of your inner world, what does your home say about yours?"
I'm working on this one big time. I have a lot of childhood patterns to heal around clutter! maybe we can be accountability buddies.
Come in and RESTORE:
Last week, a client came in for a restorative facial session. She had intense low back and hip pain—so tender I couldn’t even touch the area directly. Instead, as I worked gently on her neck using the connective tissue technique I use for the natural face lifting effect.
her hips and lower back softened and released. The pain melted away!
It never ceases to amaze me how fascia responds—how the lightest touch can create profound shifts throughout the body.
This is why I do this work. Your beauty, relaxation, and overall well-being are deeply connected. When tension unwinds, you don’t just see the difference in your face—you feel it everywhere.
Come in for a restorative facial session to root, ground, and reconnect with yourself. Because feeling beautiful, at ease, and pain-free isn’t a luxury. It’s the foundation for everything else in your life.
