Fascia, past lives, and your face
Hi beautiful, I’ve just come back from the most rejuvenating girls’ getaway with a friend, and I’m feeling so inspired to share a recent beauty transformation with you.
We cozied up in our Airbnb tucked into the mountain ridge and did all our favorite activities.
Foam rolling and opening our bodies. Playing with face tape. Slathering our faces with my favorite Skin Frequency products. Meditating, having dance parties, dreaming about the impact of our healing businesses, and pulling oracle cards.
I did lymphatic drainage, cranial work, and emotional release work for her, and she helped me fully heal and integrate past life trauma. Literally at the dinner table. I was mid-bite, but that’s when it happened.
We hiked, ate delicious healthy food, and enjoyed being ever so slightly over-caffeinated.
Today I’m here to share a new podcast episode about trauma, fascia, and how it shapes your face. It’s also about the deeply healing power of looking and feeling beautiful, and how much more capacity that creates to do the more shadowy work.
Your face is shaped by what your body’s been holding because of your fascia.
Fascia stores the energetic resonance of trauma, emotion, protection, and memory. From this life and the ones before it.
I recently had a release in my own neck that brought up a past life death wound. It was physical. It was emotional. And the shift in my face was undeniable. My jawline transformed from the physical and energetic release. Like SNATCHED.
This is the potential of beauty work that heals. Your face changes. Your posture changes. You feel more like your true self because you’re finally working through the baggage you’ve been carrying that’s been weighing you down. The stuff that is not you.
And this is why I created SHED.
A full body beauty experience to release the tension and patterns that have been pulling you down.
Through spirals, waves, primal non linear movement, and tapping into your body's innate healing wisdom, you’ll learn how to restore flow, lengthen your neck, and create space for a natural lift to your face.
Because your face is not separate from your body. And beauty is not separate from healing. It’s all connected.
SHED is happening April 25.
