Overview

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any offering provided by Krista Buccari, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all services, programs, sessions, memberships, workshops, immersions, digital content, and ongoing support provided virtually or in person, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Commitment & Payment

All purchases are final.

Payments are non-refundable, including:

  • one-time payments

  • payment plans

  • subscriptions

  • deposits

  • installment payments

Payment plans are a convenience and do not make an offering month-to-month unless explicitly stated. When you enroll in a multi-session or multi-month container, you are committing to the full term, regardless of payment method.

No refunds, partial refunds, or credits are issued for unused sessions, missed sessions, early termination, or change of circumstances.

Scope of Services

Krista Buccari provides beauty education, self-care guidance, coaching, mentorship, and energy-based practices.

These offerings are not medical care, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment, and do not replace care from licensed medical or mental health professionals.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after participation.

Sessions, Scheduling & Attendance

If your purchase includes live or private sessions:

  • Sessions must be scheduled within the timeframe of the purchased offering unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled up to two times.

  • Late cancellations, missed sessions, or late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited session.

  • Unused sessions are not refundable.

Ongoing Support (Voxer, Messaging, or Community Access)

Some offerings include ongoing messaging or community access.

This support:

  • is provided during business days unless otherwise stated

  • is not intended for crisis or emergency support

  • is meant for guidance, integration, and general support

Response times vary and are not guaranteed to be immediate.

Results & Responsibility

Results vary based on individual circumstances, participation, and consistency.

No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. All examples or descriptions of benefits are experiential, not promises.

You agree to engage with the work at your own pace and discretion.
