Self-love is a phrase that’s been used so many times that it’s almost lost its meaning.

To me, self-love isn’t something you do or something you need to arrive at as a final destination.

It’s a way of being in a deep, unconditional, devotional relationship with yourself.

It’s in the way you see yourself. The way you touch and care for your face and body. The way you nourish yourself. The choices you make about your beauty and your life.

The way you move, dress, express yourself and experience pleasure. The way you hear and listen to your true desires.

I see beauty and body care as the path into this relationship.

A place to experience connection with yourself in a gentle, profound and deeply intimate way.

And something changes when you drench yourself in deliciously sensual, calming, loving touch and attention.

You may begin to truly see yourself in the mirror.

You may feel it in the way you more fully inhabit your body, with all of the stories she carries.

You may feel more receptive to pleasure, love and adoration.

More connected to who you are and what you want from your precious life.

I want to help you fall deeply in love with yourself. To look and feel absolutely gorgeous.

I want you to look in the mirror and really know the woman staring back at you and feel so much reverence for her.

Even on the days when you don’t enjoy every aspect of what you’re seeing. There’s still room to love every inch of yourself because it belongs to you.

I want the way you care for your face and body to feel restorative and pleasurable. For you to feel incredible in your skin, connected to your body, clear and empowered in your choices.

Together we’ll tend to the relationship you have with yourself right now, in whatever way it emerges.

Because your relationship with beauty is connected to so much more than the way you look.

A question or concern about your face can reveal so much about your identity.

A desire to change your body can bring you into a deeper understanding of what you actually want in your life.

How you see, treat and care for yourself matters.

Your beauty and body care may be where we enter, but your actual life is where your transformation plays out.

Our work can be physical.

We may work directly with your face and body through restorative practices, movement, self-touch and beauty care. I bring years of experience working with the body, fascia and connective tissue, fluid movement, tension patterns, relaxation and restorative touch. I care about real physical change and tangible results.

Our work can be behavioral.

We may explore the way you eat, move and care for your body, and make changes that affect how you look and feel.

Our work can be energetic and intuitively guided.

We may use guided meditation, energy work or practices that help you listen beyond the obvious answer and become more receptive to your own intuitive knowing.

These are different ways I can meet and support you. What you bring into our work is what’s relevant.

Because you’re not a collection of separate parts.

You’re a whole woman.

This is a living mentorship

And all of it happens in relationship.

This isn’t a curriculum we need to move through or some generic step-by-step instructional course. This is a living, breathing, responsive relationship between you and me.

Our work evolves and moves with you.

And because I know you over time, I remember what matters to you. I begin to recognize your patterns, your desires, what has shifted and what keeps asking for your attention.

You don’t have to reintroduce yourself every time something changes. There is history and context between us, a deeper understanding of who you are, what you want and what you’ve already moved through.

And that changes the quality of the guidance I can give you.

I may guide you through a practice or create one specifically for you. I may give you recommendations tailored to you. I may help you sort through a decision, arrive at greater clarity and feel supported as you move through it.

I may notice a pattern and reflect it back to you. I may challenge something you’ve been telling yourself. I may help you understand what is happening in your body. I may offer a practical answer, an intuitive one, or ask a question that helps you hear your own answer.

Sometimes we may be working with something tender and sensitive.

Sometimes we may be talking about what skincare you’re using.

It all belongs and carries equal importance in this space.

And you don’t have to carry every question by yourself.

The experience

EVOLUTION begins with 90 days together.

We’ll meet virtually twice each month for 60-minute sessions, with ongoing voice messaging support Monday through Friday between sessions.

Our private sessions give us space to go deeply into what wants our attention. Voice messaging allows our relationship to continue between sessions, so we can stay close to what is actually happening as questions arise, things change and discoveries happen.

Your mentorship is shaped around you.

I have many tools I may reach for.

You are the work of art.

I can’t tell you exactly what your EVOLUTION will look like before we begin. That’s part of what makes this work so personal.

You may come to me knowing exactly what you want support with, or we may discover what wants our attention as we go.

Investment

The initial 90 days of EVOLUTION is $5,000 paid in full or three monthly payments of $1,700.

After our initial 90 days, we can decide together whether our work feels complete or whether you would like to continue month-to-month or for another three months.
