Lift heavy weights and FEEL your strength and resilience. Walk and drop your shoulders and let your arms swing gracefully as you hold yourself up like the queen you are. Make time for quiet so you can hear your soul whisper to you.

Put your phone down, soften your brow and gaze towards the horizon, and then into the mirror, and into your own timeless eyes and say, "goddamn you're so gorgeous." Notice that GLOWING vitality of your skin and enhance it by taking time to briefly rest, to slip into and sweet unexpected nap, to relax, to lightly massage and touch your skin and enhance your vital fluid movement.

Let your hair be wild and frizzy AF and unruly. It's your mermaid era.

Remember, "beauty" has never been about being younger-looking. That's such a cheap and corrupted concept. Beauty isn't something that can ever be taken away from you. That's a drain on your life force. Relax on the control and dive into leading-lady energy.
