I have so much to share on this big beautiful full moon in cancer.

This moon may feel a tad emotional, but let it flow. There’s always a gift inside of the watery release of feeling and honoring your deeper emotions (your teachers).

First off, I just watched the film THE SUBSTANCE starring Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley (I won’t spoil anything for those who haven’t seen it I promise).

Ultimately, it’s a story of an aging celebrity, navigating her relationship to her changing self, and dealing with societal pressures of youth and perfection. I honestly thought the way it was done was just so beautiful. I’m even more moved after watching interviews with the director and actors.

My review in a nutshell: It inspired me to re-commit to LOVING myself FEROCIOUSLY, and to inspire you to love yourself ferociously. To feel so GRATEFUL to be in THIS body, and vow to honor the many iterations of your evolution.

It’s a journey and can be challenging and full of resistance. We all know this.
