Hi! I’m Krista. I’m a bodyworker and beauty guide who specializes in faces. I practice light touch, intuitive facial and body modalities like craniosacral therapy, fascial work, lymphatic drainage, massage, Gua Sha, and energy healing.

Most of my work from a hands-on perspective is with your head, face, neck and chest but I always check in with your energy, your feet, your pelvis, your major diaphragms and viscera before I get there.
I do restorative facial therapies that work WITH your body to create more lift, tone, contour, vibrancy, vitality and youthfulness to your skin, and reset your facial posture.

Even though my “results” are really stunning, I aim to help you lean into the experience of receiving, of softness, and healing. To move away from perfection and toxic societal pressures around “beauty” and begin to re-define what it means to you.

It’s my favorite thing in the world to create a nurturing environment for you to slip into blissful rest and receive the most delicious sensory experience of being held in an energetic cocoon of love, allowing your body to release, unwind, regenerate and heal.
To facilitate the shedding of facial and body tension that are creating distorting patterns and accelerating cellular aging.
