ENOUGH with the beauty info-overload

Your beauty journey is completely unique. Your care should be too.

Oh hello you wild, gorgeous, unique, sensual creature...

I had a realization yesterday morning that struck me so hard.

I woke up at 4 am, as one does, and I grabbed my phone as one does. My intention was to listen to a meditation but I found myself on Instagram instead. Oops - how did that happen?

I realized I was logged into my old personal account (the one I haven't used in 5-6 years). I use my business account as my personal account now because it's just an extension of me. And that discovery feed is basically all cat videos, recipes, nature stuff. It's well curated to down-regulate my nervous system vs activate me.

However, my OLD personal discovery feed was another story. It was woman after woman after woman sharing copious and (conflicting) beauty tips, techniques and products.

It was traditional attention-grab content: fast-paced, hooky, info crammed into 7 seconds (which as a business owner I understand - I have to "play that game" too at times).

It was frantic, loaded with "do this to fix that" and telling me why I'm probably doing xyz wrong and sharing their "unpopular opinions". Some of it was mostly helpful and universally good advice for people watching. Some of it I outright disagreed with.

But the BIG thing I took away from this is WOW, women are completely overloaded with (often generic) beauty information.

Especially the woman who is seeking how to best care for herself.

The woman who wants to age radiantly and slowly with glowing skin and gorgeous posture.

The woman who wants to explore natural alternatives to more invasive options that everyone around her is doing.

The woman who's thinking of a procedure or treatment and doesn't actually know where to get the information and support she needs.

The woman who wants to optimize her hormone health and nurture her body.

The woman who wants to feel deeply connected to her beauty and to love every era of her evolution.

The woman who knows that beauty care can be soul care, and part of her divine self-expression.

There is SO much noise and information out there. But based on what I'm seeing there's little-to-no personalization.

And your beauty journey is unique. It's deeply layered. It's influenced by your physicality, your history, your emotional state.

I'm not saying you can't benefit from good advice on the internet, but if you're looking to cut through the noise and experience completely personalized beauty mentorship with someone who deeply understands facial care, body care, aging, body image healing and what creates transformation, I am the one for you.

And my clients know that "TMI" doesn't mean "too much info" - it means "tell me immediately".

I'm here to listen to whatever is happening for you in this season of your life and help guide you through it.

You will never, ever be judged for anything that comes up. There is nothing too "vain" or "small". It all matters. Beauty matters. Your self-expression matters.
