Value consistency over intensity, with ALL things

Hey beautiful, 

I know how busy you are, I know that your “to-do” list is piling up and how there is always someone (or many people) who need your constant attention... 

So, I never want to preach the slow-aging benefits of facial massage, making it seem like this lofty undertaking or something you aspire to one day “get around to”... You have enough going on, and the last thing I want is for an effective, consistent facial massage to be something out of reach for you.  

Let me make this abundantly clear and take 50 pounds of pressure off of the topic~

When it comes to experiencing the skin-changing, vitality-enhancing magic of facial massage, the KEY is to do it a little bit CONSISTENTLY. Little and often is the mantra.

Please don’t feel like you need to go overboard and have this crazy hour long routine each day (I actually DON’T recommend that). That stresses your skin out and doesn’t allow the heal and repair period. 

THE POWER is in keeping things moving a litttttllle bit every day. Because our bodies are changing every day… If you have one day a week or every two weeks where you go longer and have a little ritual for yourself ~ Beautiful! But please don't let time be a barrier.
