Self-care is something we EMBODY, and share with our families
International Women's Day ~ I celebrate you, my sisters.
I feel you, I love you, I am you.
I see your grace and beauty and ferocity. I see your resilience, compassion, and deep oceanic-like wisdom.
Let's serve each other, heal each other, stand behind and uplift each other.
I'm feeling such a burst of fiery joy, connection, and gratitude in my heart space today.
This morning during our Inner Beauty Circle monthly meet-up one of our members brought her new born baby to class.
Today's session was a deep grounding embodiment meditation followed by a neck & face lifting sequence. The whole class was spent laying down (the facelift from bed) and I cued each step.
She laid down with her baby on her chest and connected, cared for, and nurtured herself, in the company of her new little one.
Afterward she thanked me for making her feel welcome to bring her baby. I was at a loss for words because she brought so much joy, fullness and realness to the session. I felt I should be thanking her!
This is the epitome of finding peace, creating intentional moments for self-care. She's bringing that energy into her daughter's field. Self-care is something we EMBODY, and share with our families.
Self-care is inside of us. It's a way of life.
Thank you for reading, and relishing this moment of easeful, connected, peaceful beauty with me. And I hope that this inspires you to love on yourself big time for the Goddess that you are.
