ADRENAL COCKTAIL RECIPE: SLOW aging is all about stress-management

A replenishing cocktail that promotes optimal hydration, adrenal and hormone support and overall restoration.

I love this super hydrating, restorative elixir. 

It's my jam on repeat 

You can definitely adjust the recipe and there are many out there, but this is what I prefer at the moment. 

RECIPE: 

- 1/2 cup coconut water (no sugar added)
- 1/2 orange juice (not from concentrate)
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar (for potassium)
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp salt (good quality like Redmond's real salt)

The idea is that this combination of essential nutrients, minerals, and electrolytes gives your adrenals what they need to thrive and better cope with stress! The blend makes everything able to assimilate.


Give your adrenals a much needed boost. I love it after emotionally or physically demanding situations, or as a midday pick me up.
